I believe it was about two years ago or so when I first walked into the then recently renovated Atlanta offices of Kaneva looking for work. At the time I was far less experienced than I am now, but hungry for work in my industry as I am I think it's worth pursuing work with the company once more. As a matter of fact I spy this nice looking User Interface Software Engineer position available for which I'm only mildly unqualified at present.
I think it worth pursuing, but first I'll need to develop my skills in a few areas by practicing and polishing some UI designs and crafting a tailored portfolio. Now, it's possible that by the time I'm finished Kava will no longer have this position available but I'm sure it can't hurt to build a portfolio tailored to their interests as their ambitious casino life project has only just begun. That gives me plenty of time to experiment with VR technology and play around with some UI designs, perhaps expand my grasp of the languages involved and some of the applications they would like to see skills demonstrated with. If nothing else I might at least demonstrate some tenacity and dedication.
